Jackite Mallard Duck Kite

Does anyone know if it is legal to use a kite in your decoy spread? The Jackite Mallard Duck Kite's seem pretty interesting but I cannot find anywhere on agfc stating whether or not they are allowed. :help:

Perfectly legal . . . terribly ineffective. Been there, done that. It's an exercise in frustration. They never stay up like they're supposed to, and the birds typically ignore them. Same for the REELWINGZ snow goose contraption. Save your money and put out a jerk string.
