Are mojos or motorized decoys legal in Arkansas?

Postby 2point » Sat Feb 22, 2014 11:43 pm

I was just watching a duck hunting show that was in Arkansas and they were using motorized duck decoys. I thought I heard on the rnt show that they were illegal in Arkansas.

Yes, they are legal to use.
They were banned for a few years, then reinstated.
The RNT show probably wishes they were illegal.

They had to legalize em. If spinners aren't allowed, how you supposed to spot the guys that don't know what they're doing?
