First Frost of the Year

Postby Glenn Underwood » Tue Nov 22, 2005 10:01 pm

Here in Elverta/Pleasant Grove, we had the first frost of the year on Monday. It was just a slight coat on the hood of my truck.

Today we had a good frost. I had to defrost the truck for several minutes. I was surprised to see frost with the warm days we've had.

The forecast low was 41. We always seem to be colder than the forecast in my area.

Welcome Glenn! Glad to have in the group. We're all obviously obsessed with our beloved sport, and are always happy to find other guys to "chew the fat" with. We only have one requirement, and that is that you have to disclose only 2 secret spots. Then you're in! You can PM them to me and I'll make sure that you are credited for your contribution. j/k :toofunny: :salude:

I always wonder where all that ice comes from when the weather people say the low is 36, or 38, or 40.....
