Postby PinTeal » Wed Nov 30, 2005 3:58 pm

Looking to get a map of sutter basin with all of the fields marked out. Gonna start chasing snows in about 2 more weeks after graduation.

sutter basin is a protected area that comprises private land and a few hunting clubs. unless you belongto them look someplace else.

the signs at knIghts landing and the 113 bridge are not fooling when they say

"THIS AREA PATROLED" :umm:

So I take it you do not have a map?
I know farmers in the area that will let me set up in a dry field for geese. I want to be able to take a map to them and have them mark fields they own. Then I can scout for geese, and set up in their fields.

Still looking...

Hey Jeff. You tried out Dan's Sat site he referred to a while back?

If that doesn't work contacting the Counties might be the only way to get the detail you are after.

Whatever you've got access to known now I'd be on it in the AM if you can. Looks like a sweetheart for that part of the Valley coming up in the Carp Dept. "Knock Em!".
