December is looking good so far.

1. Drew a resi for Merced next Sat

2. Smacked em in the storm yesterday

3. A good friend drew a LDC resi for the 14th and gave me the invite.

Sweet so far

now that I think about it, It makes wonder why I paid for a hole in the rice. :pissed:
I hope that rice blind picks up soon. not that I need it to shoot birds
but I need to justify dishin out the money,
So far we only got a doz or so sprig, couple mallards, few shovelers
and 3 geese, I think some teal.
Oh ya and 1 mouse. It is easy hunting tho

If it dont get better I might be looking for a new hole next year
or just say the hell with it.

Dan....I'm with addict on this one.

Consider: You will probably never get drawn for Merced again in this lifetime. .......nor will you get a great chance for LDC again.

You have some Delta options to hunt that obviously produce....though things cold change and they may not produce next year (ya never know)
.....and it may be that the rice will produce when the Delta does not...or when the ressies don't arrive for the best refuges....

Either way...if I had 2-3 days a week to hunt....I'd want ALL the options and locations I can get to choose from.

Sending you an E also...
