I don't know about used ones, but I know a couple of places that make new ones. Are you looking for steel or concrete?

Duck Blinds Unlimited makes new ones so they might know customers who are replacing older blinds who are looking to get rid of them. They are out of Yuba City or Chico areas.

There was a guy in Princeton that makes then and some look used and repaired. It's at the end of Norman road.
I love the fog and rain!
