Are NWR's pumping water?

Anybody know if the NWR's are pumping any water. A lot of us got rezzies and im sure im not the only one that would like to use mine if the government figures it out in time for the opener.

I have been asking the same question with no answers. It's not looking good. This will go till at least the 16 when the debt ceiling will try to be raised and then the crap will really hit the fan. Notooking good for Bos either.

I was told by the manager of the North Grasslands Wildlife Area and that San Luis NWR is pumping water during the closure.

I don't have information on the status of flooding on the other NWRs.
