Anyone been doing any good in the Delta?

Postby maritimeshed » Wed Oct 30, 2013 8:50 am

It was terrible all last year so the duck boat is collecting dust so far this year. I would rather hit the refuges with how bad iut was. Just wondering if there are any birds around yet.

White Slough....... on fire lately. No boat needed. Straps of greenheads are the norm in Mid November.

Due to the Delta Local Mallard Count being down %42 this year compared to last year, it has been off to a slow start. Not sure where in the delta you hunt? Last year was off the hook
I hunt cause I love going deep into the bush and I always shoot twice!
