This is my first Duck season here in Colorado since I moved here.
Im a Michiganiac and an avid hunter. I waterfowl, upland, and do a lot of bowhunting. Ive killed a lot of ducks and geese (well enough to say that I duck hunt) and I'm just not sure about here in CO. The way hunting public land here in colorado is completely convoluded compared to michigan.
I have a GSP im looking to get on some Ducks. She is a great upland hunter, a young dog birdie as all hell. She water retrieves and loves it but I'm not quite sure where to take her.
I thought about trying to reserve a blind at one of the SWA's but wasn't sure if it was worth it. Any advice?
If anybody is looking for somebody to team up to bust the hell outa some birds I wouldn't mind that either. I have friends out here but none of them hunt so I'm kinda on my own.
Thanks in advance
