Red Dog Outfitters (Duck Hunt and Goose hunt)

Postby Screech » Sat Nov 26, 2011 8:36 am

4 of us spent black friday down with Tim and Red Dog Outfitters hunting some ducks on the arkansas river and I must say I had the best hunting trip in my life. HUNTTB was our guide and he put us on the birds, He knew how to call and when to call and he was a cool guy and we plan on making it an every year trip to come back and hunt with them. We ended up with 7 wigeon, 2 greenheads, 2 gadwalls, and HUNTTB got a teal.

We went out on a goose hunt in the afternoon and I was able to get my first ross goose and it was the only one we got but the experince was awsome.

This may be a dumb question, but is a Ross goose the same as a snow goose? I have never shot a light goose.
