need help for wood ducks

I've been hunting this season hard mostly around Penrose tryin to find wood ducks does anyone have any information on where to go. I've scouted and scouted with no luck. I don't want to take anyones hunting spot just want to find where they're at.

Hit and miss for Woodrows.
My spot one season will produce untold amounts of them,next season might shoot one or two is all.
I've shot them over water and miles from any water,scout harder,you'll find them eventually.

Hunt hard early in the year. They get out of Dodge in a hurry once the cold hits. They want to be around trees and structure like that. They also love Russian olives. They're around you just have to know where I find them

Ive shot a lot around that area, got 4 down there this year, to many people on the public areas down that way. They are down there early in the year but when that first cold front hits they are gone.

Russian Olives in the early season. thats all you gotta know.
