Non resident license

I am hopefully going up this weekend for sea ducks but need to get my non resident license. Prolly a dumb question but I am wondering if I can get it at the cabelas in hartford and if so, do I need my pa license or hunter safety card to be able to purchase my license.

The answer is yes for both, and old license or hunter safety card will do. I beleive you can get your license at the customer service dsk to the left when you walk in.
