DEP says best waterfowl count in year..... Or not?

Dep is saying that this year is one of the highest waterfowl numbers in many years. But just where are the geese, many are saying that there not here... You tell me

You can read the federal reports on the breeding studies for this year on their website: http://www.fws.gov/migratorybirds/

Enjoy the year of the duck, because last year for us it was the year of no ducks! :biggrin:

i went goose hunting this morning, i must have seen upwards of a thousand birds! no joke! it was like watching a hunt on tv. my buddies were on the other end of the state and said they probably saw 400.
