That's sounds like a great fast morning, nothing makes the heart beat like huge flocks of honkers locked up. We're you over water or a rare field in the south zone ? It's been spotty for late geese where I am once things freeze it good for a few days then the action cuts off fast

I limited in the south zone, saturday...i got a late start with motor trouble and wasnt set up till 8:30...since i was along it didnt take long to tag 5 geese.. and i was picking up at 9:45. no huge flocks...which might be good.....but five flocks from 5 to 20 birds each...

no calling, i would have been done in less time but my pup was taking extra time to bring in a dead goose and another flock was coming in...she stayed out there to ward them off.......they were attempting to land on her!!

good hunting
