"Cheap" is a relative term. What I think of as cheap and what you think of as cheap could be two entirely different things. "CHeap" usually refers to an item be poorly made or of poor quality. "Inexpensive" usually refers to an item being available at minimal cost.
Some good deals can be found via classified adds, Craigslist, tag or yard sales, etc. Sometimes older / used decoys can be had inexpensively and a bit of time cleaning and painting them can bring them back to a usable condition. just promise you won't clean or repaint any Shang Wheeler, Ben Holmes, Gus Wilson, or Joe Lincoln decoys you find at a tag sale!
All joking aside, you can put a nice rig of dekes together, inexpensively by buying used gear.
Good huntin for the dekes, and good hunting with them once ye find some.
