For Trade/Sale: 8 Boxes of 3.5" #2's

Postby SquadIrons » Tue Dec 10, 2013 7:02 am

I'm looking to trade 8 boxes of 3.5" Kent #2 shot. They don't cycle well in my gun. I'd to trade for 3" #2's. Or if you'd like to buy them make an offer.

How much to buy? Cabelas has them for 21.99 a box right now so don't want to pay retail obviously

It looks like I only have 7 boxes (and change from an opened box). I'll sell them for $140 which is around $20/box.

I can come up with 2-3 boxes. most of which would be Kent 3" #3's and some Winchester #2's.
Actually I'm sure I could put together 3 boxes if you don't mind the mix in brands and are willing to take a
ride to Mansfield. If you want some #4's I could probably come up with two more boxes.

I'd rather keep it consistent. Thanks though.

Figured cause of 'SquadIrons' - I'm retired out of UCONN - Storrs.
If you ever need anything in the Mansfield area let me know.
Good luck with the rest of your season and stay safe.

Maury - I have lived in Mansfield all my life. Put in 26 years with the state, 20 of them at UCONN. I've never really hunted coastal CT and don't know much about coastal hunting though I would like to get out there. Never heard of 'Leetes' area in CT.

I wrote "Leetes" but have checked it and it is called "Great Harbor Wildlife Mgmt Area" near Leetes Island Road. There were plenty of ducks there in the 80s. But, I realize, that was long ago. Good luck!

Hey, stay in touch...too late this year, but perhaps next year, we can go there together.
