Here is a link to the CT CGA website where you can check the status of any bill: http://www.cga.ct.gov/asp/menu/Search.asp Enter the bill number shown below in the number field at the top of the page and press the green go button.

The Sunday Hunting Bill number is 5080 (H.B 5080 to be specific but just use 5080)

There is also a Sunday hunting Facebook page that was started and is being used to keep people informed you can find it here: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Sunday-Hunting-in-Connecticut/1380487615530302

As of right now there is a public hearing scheduled for 3/17.

Everything you need is on the CGA page. Current status, schedule, vote tally, etc. You can use the same site to find your reps contact information and drop them a call, letter or email.

As I read it, this will only allow deer hunting on Sunday. Am I missing something?

I'm thinking we should not want Sunday waterfowl as it would just shorten the season calendar wise. I don't think you'd get more days

Get rid of January and lose some of the best gunning of the season? That would be rediculous.Sorry guys, Im not for that.If anything I would rather lenghten the split and keep the end to late January.
