Early Season

Postby adeinert » Wed Sep 04, 2013 3:41 pm

Only been dove hunting, and public land (Blackiston) wasn't the best...

I've found some resident geese on private land that I'm going to ask permission to hunt, but the public flock I hunted last year is gone.

Anyone see any teal on public land yet?

Had a bunch of dove come in on Monday. I did terrible but others did well, I think I forgot how to shoot or something. I've seen resident geese flying around Smyrna, would be nice to find out where they are going.
I would pay good money to set up at the Dover mall though!!!

I haven't even bought a license yet!!! I'm slacking majorly. Havent been out to get any properties, nothing!! Going out today after I finish my coffee. That being said, I've got tons of geese flying around my house everyday. Locals bouncing back and fourth to the Agg fields at the UD. Makes me sick. Good luck out there and bee safe.

not hunting, but i did get out last wed and snatch up 6 new properties, along with touching base with 3 other landowners from seasons past. Going to have alot of options this year.
