snow goose conservation order

Postby quackhead7606 » Wed Jan 22, 2014 9:04 pm

Good evening all. Well this up and down year is coming to a close, but the conservation order is coming up too. Has any of you guys had any luck on public land for this season? I heard woodland opens up its refuge area for this season? Where would you guys recommend and stand clear from? Thanks in advanced and good luck and be safe in this crazy weather.

Hoping to get out and do this as well. I have been seeing loads of birds flying all over the place too. This will be my first season doing the conservation order so I have no clue where is good or bad.

Me and my hunting parter have been wanting to go somewhere badly. We have a lot of decoys and a great e-caller. All our stuff is at his house in townsend. We saw tons of birds lately just been looking for a public place to go as we dont have private land.we heard woodland beach opens its refuge for the c.o. but dont know how it works there. Anybody been loading them up? If we keep waiting we will be fishing for thos big fat rocking lol

Guys at work are dropping like flies so that turns into more OT for me. Therfore I haven't been able to do anything. Plus with the temps comming back up, i know its going to make my field damn near impossible to drive into.
