War Eagle Boats and Jon Ward

Postby Deeks » Thu Dec 06, 2007 5:19 pm

I had posted some complaints about my 2072 War Eagle and some welding problems.

I normally hunt in VA but I bought my boat in New Castle and thought I should post something about the guys at Rudy Marine.

After contacting my dealer (Rudy Marine, DE) the owner of War Eagle called me up personally and told me he was sorry. After a short conversation he decided to send me a new boat.

Well, I got the new boat and there were all of these upgrades on it... for FREE and then the guys at Rudy Marine called me up and told me I was getting $800 worth of Avery gear. I couldn't believe it!

Let me just say War Eagle will do whateved it takes to keep you as a customer and if you happen to be in Delaware... check out Rudy Marine, ask for Tom and tell him John W. sent you. Those dudes will take care of you too.

I justed wanted to post this positive experience for my fellow hunters.

We have a 2006 War Eagle 860 with a 115Hp Mercury and love it. We had an issue with the seats. The material on the top sides started fraying like it was dry rotted. We purchased the boat new Feb. 07 and by July that is when it started. We called War Eagle just to inquire on what we should do. They apologized for this and sent us material for all the seats and everything we needed. We did not expect all that, but it goes to show great customer service.

I had the same problem with mine. The seat on top of the gun box material faded in the first year and they replaced it.
