Discuss Florida duck hunting with other hunters alike.

Hello folks, I have now been a Floridian(again) for about two years in the TB area, and the thought of going through another duck season without taking one out of the sky scares me.
I have a small boat, and electric motor and grew up in hunting Phosphate pits N. Florida. Is there any hope for getting into some small water around the bay area? I'd love to hunt the bay and crossing the Howard Frankland Tuesday morning saw about 150 bluebill in the sky, but too much water for me.
I appreciate any advice that is given.
Conservation is the key to managing our childrens hunting successes.
