Good morning

Got my second band. Too bad it was a hen, shooting the hen wasn't intentional. Jumpshooting a few, shot at a drake didn't see the hen crippled her, glad I hunt with a dog never knew she was there until the dog started running up and down the bank on the opposite side of the pond.

That's awesome man. Canadas a long trip, mine was from Mass. It's hard to pick out drakes and hens on a wood duck. if a wood duck comes by I just shoot it lol.

I let them fly so they can reproduce and my wife gives me a hard time when I kill a hen :).

shoot if i had a wife like that some days i probably shouldnt even come home, especially on the 4 person wood duck shoots and the whole lanyard is brown ..... im a ladies man myself

congrats!

only band ive shot was a hen wood duck also.

mine was from ontario too, but it was banded in april the same year i shot it. (november 2010)
