Looking to take my 13 year old out this weekend for a youth duck hunt. FWC didn't have a ton of info on their site in terms of rules. Any help would be appreciated.
Is there an age limit?
Can the adult shoot?
Is Guana open for youth hunts? I am getting mixed info about this.

As long as the kid is under 16 they are considered youth, thats the only age limit. You cant shoot, just the youth. As far as Guana, I didnt see anything listed in their WMA brochure for youth duck hunts. Maybe someone who hunts that area more than me will chime in. Good for you on taking a youth, its a blast watching them.
Only trust those who like big butts, for they cannot lie.

Yes , Guana is open for the youth hunt , or should I say Guana zoo . Tmclaimerfl is right on the money about you not shooting , just the kid . You will have to put in at sml (six mile landing ) suggest you get there early like camping out in the truck , goes fast .
