I got 5 greenwings and 1 bluewing on the opener my 2 buddies were not shooting very good and managed 5 teal between them. We were in our spots at 3:30 and at 5:30 got over run with hunters setting up on top of us. We moved to a different spot today and got away from the crowd. I ended up with 5 teal and 1 pintail and they had a couple of teal and a pintail each. Going to try a layout hunt for divers tomorrow.

Sweet, good job on the Pintail. Lucky Dog
We held off on limiting out on Teal hoping for the "big" ducks.
They never showed :pissed: We could've been done with 2 limits in less than 10 or 15 minutes if we hadnt have wanted some variety.

Where are yall killing these pintails at? We hunted Lake Seminole opening day...my brother and I actually stayed the night Friday night and had people coming out there right before sunrise and setting up within fifty yards of us and were skybusting everything that came within 200 yards :pissed: !!Someone needs to teach them about Public Hunting etiquette!! They left about 7am and we ended up taking our limit on ringers, teal, and woodies  !! Any of yall ever hunted Appalachicola? Talked to a guy who said they kill all kinds of ducks including pintails down there!!

We have the same problem down here in the beginning before the crowds thin out. We got our pintails down here in the middle of the state. We started getting afew last season and I have seen alot more this year were I hunt at. Got to the spot late this morning did not think it would take so long of a boat ride to get there. Managed a couple of ringers but there were plenty there we just were not in quite the right spot. Going to try again in the morning.
