Anyone change there own seals and bearings on a pd lower before?

I have a 04 27HP and I went to change the lower unit oil today and nothing but water came out(130hours). I went ahead and replaced the oild then I ran it in the garage to see if the bearings were making noise. The lower bearing is very noisy now. The motor never made noise before and has never had any issues. But Im leaving to go on a trip with this boat thursday. I need to get the seals and bearings for the lower end before then. IS it best to order from pd or does anyone have the #'s for the bearings I can just get here locally? Ill do the work myself I just need the parts.

Any help would be appretiated

Thanks,

Pull 'em out and mic them. I would think you should be able to find what you need locally.
May luck out and match the part numbers up to a known manufacturer
