Teal

Ok guys, so in my short 3 years of duck hunting I have never hunted for teal. Quiet frankly I don't even know much about them beside that they are little speed demons and migrate early typically. I'm going to be at home before I transfer to Tech and looking to actually hunt some the early season. Ok my questions is, since I don't have any teal decoys (only ringers, bluebills, cans, coots, mallards) could I technically use those other species of decoys to sucker teal in? Would this be legal? Would it be wise to invest in a Teal call? Any ideas ya got throw my way please!

For six bucks a teal call is worth it the same calls also work well on pintail, woodies, and wedgon.
