For those who enjoy duck hunting in Georgia this is the place to discuss everything from Georgia duck hunting outfitters to hunting pintails, mallards and canvasbacks on lake Seminole.
Well, I screwed up. After last year's flood fest, I prayed hard for it to be dry for this coming season. Oops. Now, all three of my go-to spots are less than mud holes. I guess that'll teach me...
Last week, cruised up and floated down the Ocmulgee. Saw only a handful of birds (all woodies) where I expected bunches. Didn't get out this weekend, but I will on Thursday and next weekend. Anybody else know anything good?

Yikes, I scouted my two favorite holes in S. Georgia last week and found nothing but dry land. Land year the water was over my chest waders in places, this year I can't find the water! There are a few woodies are around, but finding water is going to be a challenge without a boat. If we can get a few more good rains like early this week the habitat may not be too bad. Bring on the rain.
