we will have to plan a good 2 day shoot then. I have a public place up here that no one hunts for some reason. it holds a lot of geese and they are always there. two very large groups. Because of the economy my boat is gone, if one of you guys has one we can do it. I scout it all the time from land. you can hunt on an island or from the boat. depending on time of day. Im going out there tomorrow and I will bring the video camera with me and try and get some footage of them.

sounds good guys. Im going to another side of the lake tomorrow where I can walk in (depending on water level). There is a small patch of timber there that flooded a few years ago and was awesome. Hopefully with all the rain weve had it will be waist deep again. Still seeing all the canadas, they are EVERYWHERE!!

thinking about new floater decoys. looking at bigfoot (my HC deal fell through), anyone use them before? I have used there full body field decoys but never there floaters.

I've got some BF floaters.
Pretty nice....flocking stays in pretty good shape too.
