Got drawn for the quota hunt in jan was wondering if anyone has hunted it or had any advice thanks

Didn't know they were doing quota hunys down there.

Yeah first year they put it on the online quota application saw in the past u had to mail in a request and hope u got picked but they do 2 regular quota hunts and 2 youth quota hunts each year with 3 permits each hunt so don't seem like there will be to much pressure on them figured I would give it a try

Haven't hunted it but i talked to a DNR buddy of mine and he said they are usually decent hunts. Woddies mostly, but they have been killing mallards and buffleheads on Blackshear the last 2 season. Should be a good hunt. Have fun!!
