Not near as good as West Texas. Plenty of wild piggies in that area

Lol well I will tell you I'm going on a guided hunt in Texas this year. Maybe the eastern side of Texas is where the ducks are. Anyhoo if you ever wanna travel up to NW ga you can come hunt with us. We don't kill a ton but for GA we hold our own. Plenty of water here that's for certain.

The duck hunting is hit or miss around the base, but there is some good big game hunting on post, just have fun and be safe out there.

Be sure to scout your water and training water well, we have Alligators in Ga, would hate to hear of anything happening to your pup.

I hunt woodies on stewart every sunday of season. It's not bad just put your time in scouting and follow the rules the law dog is thick down here. Lots of hogs all over the place. The hunting rules/ weapons rules are pretty dumb cause the CG or CSM doesn't like hunting, I can't remember which one, and just try to make it a pain for us who do. No joke. Look out for the snakes and gators.
