For those who enjoy duck hunting in Georgia this is the place to discuss everything from Georgia duck hunting outfitters to hunting pintails, mallards and canvasbacks on lake Seminole.
went and did some scouting yesterday and it was awesome found where the birds where and it was a nice mixed bag of birds with plenty of birds to make for a nice hunt. in the 4 years of hunting i do not think i have seen this many birds this early in the season. could have just gotten luckey but it was awesome.

Saving the Poodles of America, one Alligator at a time!!
The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.

Yep, this week has been dragging by. Good luck with those birds and make sure to get there early. We found a pile of birds last year before the opener and figured getting to the spot at 2AM would be early enough, nope. We found another pile of birds this year and were not going to get beat this time. Were you scouting the hill? We saw a couple other boats Sunday morning scouting.

Can't wait for Saturday! Been rushing to get the boat fixed the way I like it got a couple nice wood duck holes on the hill hopefully we'll get some. If anybody's near Elberton message me and we can see about getting a hunt together.
