I have a 16ft alum. goat that I want to paint with a good overall base coat but not sure what type of paint would stick the best. A guy I work with told me to use a 1 part paint 1 part epoxy????? Any ideas!!!!

I'm fixing to start on my boat. I got some sand paper type stuff to scuff up the surface so the paint sticks. It is called scotch brite (I think), but is specifically made for aluminum. I'm then going to use a good primer. I'll let you know what I find out.
If the hunting is cold, luckily so is the beer!
