Ducks were almost like mosquitoes, huge flocks decoying in constantly, but the crew wanted to wait for the geese, and geese were in the air all the time. We only shot ducks when they weren't.

Just the dog and I today. Set 5 decoys, shot 8 times, and was picked up in under an hour.

Duck Dog, you guys put in some work we were just talking about Jack Wagons sky busting at Trueblood and now we both had great hunts. Keep it up and you guys are great ambassadors of the sport for other youth!!!

Thank you! We work hard for our birds but it sure pays off when you have days like this. Couldnt have asked for a better day in the blind. Looks like you did great yourself :clapping:

A full limit of birds isn't mandatory every time, or even most of the time.
The day afield, a bit of shooting, the sight of wild geese cupped, and webbed before the gun.
Two such large fowl as yours will make for a very fulfilling memory.

Just out of curiosity, why do labs sit like that? The "lazy" sit with one leg under them.

Thank you! Deik our yellow is out of duckbuster kennels In Emmett Idaho. And Gage our chocolate was from a litter also in Emmett Idaho.
