I am new to Coeur D' Alene and I know there has to be places around the lake to go but I don't know where. Please let me know some places to go arond here or in North Idaho in general.

Go to the Idaho Fish and Game office on Kathleen Avenue in CDA and ask the guys there. They should get you started in the right direction.

Where you hunt will depend on whether you have a boat or intend to walk in. Also on whether you have a dog.

Good luck.

I am from Sandpoint to tell the tryth but I only hunted a touch up there and I havent duck hunted in years. So I have no clue where to go around here and I am not even sure if my old sandpoint spots are still huntable.

You should pm one of the Johnson boys or myself with general info about your spot. Between us, we probably hunt or have hunted the areas you would mention and we could give you some 411 as to whether they are still being hunted. I am not into posting that info up for the public to see.
