Two pheasants, legs and breasts.
Covered with one can creme of chicken soup.
Sprinkled Traeger Pork & Poultry seasoning over all rather generously.
Covered bowl three times with tightly wrapped foil.
Will cook at 250* for four hours.
Then will follow chicken and dumpling recipe to finish.
Went fishing on river yesterday. Brought home one small trout.
Sprinkled Farmers Brothers Seafood rub inside and out, as well as Old Bay spice.
Dipped fish in egg, and covered with corn meal.
Pan fried in olive oil.
Had with scrambled eggs, and homemade biscuits.
Coffee and Mudslide.
Second time in one week I've had trout for breakfast.
I could get used to it!
