first weekend not hunting :(

Postby jjohnson_714 » Fri Dec 08, 2006 12:12 pm

yeah so this will be my first weekend not hunting some ducks since the beginning of season. unfortunately with the end of semester coming up, i have way to much homework due on monday so im not going to be able to get out. so you guys all have a good time, stay safe, and shoot a duck or two for me while i'm slaving away on a computer writing up why cabela's stock has fluctuated day to day since october 3rd.

Take a deep breath, sit down and just calm down. I know this is hard, but you will get through it. Better days are ahead and soon greenies will be dropping into your lap. :salude:

As for me, I'll be out tomorrow, sun and monday doing some wacking. I'm all done with school forever, 17.5 years was plenty for me. Enjoy that homework though (sucker  ) :toofunny:

i'll give you guys one thing. at least you are bringing more women up here. when i was in highschool there were some slim pickins. now they are everywhere.

and it isnt really a hate for the specific people trying to flee from california, its the large groups of them. in fact i have some really close friends who are californians and (unfortunately) my dad moved here from riverside when he was 8 so i'm half californian myself. just dont tell anyone i know ok

Don't worry donell. I shot some for everyone. Got 2 drake widgeons, 1 drake redhead, 1 drake canvasback (my first I've ever gotten), 1 drake gadwall (2nd I've ever gotten), 1 hen mallard, 1 hen teal, and a goose. I'll post some pictures tomorrow night when I can get to my computer.

Yeah I noticed a lot of the ice was gone yesterday too. Seems weird, since it's still pretty cold out. Anyways, I'm putting the pictures on the sticky on the top of the forum.
