Gloves

Postby LEOJR73 » Sat Nov 23, 2013 6:52 pm

Any suggestions on a glove that is warm and waterproof, but still thin and flexible enough to shoot and load your gun without having to take one off? Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated.

I use a generic pair of mittens that fold down to fingerless gloves. When its really cold I just leave my trigger finger out. I have tried all sorts of "shooting" gloves but I can't seem to get use to anything other than skin on the trigger contact.

I bought the Hot Shot Gore-Tex gloves for a pheasant shoot last Friday. 18 degrees? My fingers still went numb. Above 20-25 degrees they were just fine. No problems at all shooting with them.
