SE Turkey

I realize this is a duck site....

Are the turkeys in district 71 found on public (national forest) land? Not asking for honey holes just curious as I picture turkeys along riparian zones not in the hills.

The land in the valley and along the river is all private. As usual, this is where they spend a lot of time. Late in the spring they follow the melting snow up and some of them are up on the forest land. There aren't many access points though......

I think unit 71 is a draw unit?! Open areas 73,74,75,77 & 78. Please correct me if I am wrong
If the ocean was made of WHISKEY and I was a DUCK I'd swim to the bottom and get all F!@#% up!
