i have looked all over the hand book and noware does it say 100 or 200 yards all it says is no hunting shall take place on or from a road or the right away either. Now how far uis a right of way it dont say. Only reason i brought this up is because some of the stakes at pyramid, espeicaly 28. Plus yesterday we wer going to the pudcah boat show and some one had a goose spread about 75 yards from the interstate.

where to hunt

Postby MOSSBERG935 » Wed Feb 08, 2006 1:30 pm

you can hunt on the other side of the ditch as long as you do not shoot along the road or over it. there is no footage as to how far away you gotta be from the road. the idea is the state owns the ditch and you can't hunt it. hunt away
