Is there anyone more Diehard than an illinois hunter?

Thinking about it tonight, is there any other state that has die hard duck hunters in illinois, sure arkansas and mississippi have some huge hunters, but would they go out in blizzards like us fools, Cheers to that thought

haha, have you guys ever tried picking up decoys in 20+ winds, it sucks, but we actually got on a couple ducks that day, so it was well worth it, and only 3 of our decoys floated away to who knows where!!!

Yeah, we've been out in some pretty bad weather. One time on the boat the wind was blowing so hard we could only pick up one decoy at a time, then the wind would blow us past.

conditions like those are the only time to hunt, i love it, when everyone else stays in bed and your out there, makes everything worth it when you get to call your buddies and tell um how stupid they are for staying in

The true answer to your question..............NO........all die-hard waterfowlers are about the same. No matter Canada, USA,.or Mexico.....and or abroad.

to me most of those stories are all part of duck hunting. i think we have all been in a situation like that. most of the time those are the best days to be out there sitting in the swamp. plus everybody else stays at home in bed.
