Neearly lost

Postby WalkinHunter » Thu Dec 20, 2012 5:22 pm

We nearly lost 4 duck hunters on Crab Orchard today. Guys coming back from hunting had overloaded the boat. Well it got in to rough water and started to fill. Apparently it only took a minute to get too much water and sink at the stern. One of the guys got a call off by cell phone. Lucky for them help was close by. While cold wet and scared they manage to get to shore. Course they lost a lot of gear and guns.

So lets all be careful out there. Aint no duck worth your life.

I unloaded at same ramp as those boys lake was ripping. If I didn't have a 20 ft boat I wouldn't have made the run. I talked to the game warden sounded like they lost their guns and deks unless they find them along shore. Only one was wearing a life jacket it's a miracle their alive.

i dont need anything BUT if you have anything oversized any heritors or G&H floaters or field i may show some interest. but i notice on the classifieds a lot of things are way over priced . I'm not 1 to haggle and since you might not be using what ever you have . let me know , not into the trading thing just a what would you sell cash deal thanks.

I have field mallards and mallard floaters...calls, I'm still debating on the right now. I have 99.5% GHG duck decoys. Blacks, mallards, Pintail, in life sized, Over Sized and Prograde. I have 2 doz bluebills, 6 GE, 6 Ring Neck, I have some foam Can's

All decoys are a 9 out of 10 all clear coated and have ace and keel grabber weights. All divers are rigged with long line clips and 3' drops. I have two spools with different lengths of line. I have weights for them as well. I have slotted bags for just about for all the decoys. Bags are basically brand new...use just 2-3 times
You basically have to drop by and see what I have

The O/S decoys are GE's. The only prograde's I have are the mallards...
The rest of my divers are L/S
If you want to call the Can's O/S..they are large.
