If you hunt Clinton Lake...
CHECK YOURSELF AND YOUR DOG FOR TICKS!!!
They are thick there. Picked two off Milo and we were only in the woods long enough to do our morning business.
Gee whiz.

anyone know why the water level in the walk ins is so low? Had a drought last year and the water wasnt that low. had 10 yards of mud before you hit water and we were on a point. I am hoping it is going to improve but not counting on it. Did see some teal though and a few big ducks but nothing wanted to look at us.

A friend told me the water was up to the timber time past the point during the teal season. Any Boats get stuck in the mud?

Clinton Nuclear Power Plant uses the water for cooling.
Go to the hot part and you'll understand. The water evaporates and we just have not had enough rain.
I have been going there since it opened at can tell you that water hasnt went over the dam in a long time.
WE
NEED
RAIN BAD.

we had a drought last year and there was more water then than there is now. I guess water at the right time is key
