Potters Marsh Water Levels

Do I bring the boat or the canoe? What's the water level look like? Anybody been out there?

Where ya trying to get too?? The water between Sat and Sun last weekend droppped quite a bit in 48hrs. Not good!! Haven't been there since.

Was thinking about the horseshoe south of the duckfoot and not the main channel, google satellite pic looks like its pretty dry, 2 and a half hour trip for me, hate to waste my time by not being able to get to where i'd like to go.

Pretty shallow in those areas if you are reffering to mallard bay.. Be ok if you have a mud motor. If not, canoe for sure.

If u are talking about mallard bay it's fairly bad unless u have a mud motor. I had four guys with all the gear the boat was weighted down pretty good with the mud motor I did fine but I still was dragging bottom a little here an there. I'll be back out again saturday with only two guys so I'll cruise right in with no problems at all hope this helps.

Was out there Tuesday. You can get around with an outboard but you will do a decent amount of walking. Just depends what marker you want to get to.
