It's all in the luck of the draw.

I have a friend who lives in the Braidwood area.He hunted the lake last weekend, he saw very few birds. Not many shots heard either. Me on the other hand, Im seeing plenty of ducks and geese. Couldn't see them, but I could've swore I heard a group of Specks about 4:30 this morning. And if ya wanna know where I've been seeing all these birds.....................Illinois. Thats all Im giving ya. :nana: LOL

Mr. 87gt If the draw truly has nothing to do with luck do u mind telling us how many birds your boat has killed and from what blinds?

Killed 4 from 7 the only chance I've been able to hunt there. Drawn about 20th.

Shouldn't you be cleaning your room since glee club practice finally let out?

Ok so either you have not been lucky enough to get a pick or you are a wannabe duckhunter who spends more time on the computer than hunting? Well since the draw has nothing to do with luck im putting money on #2. Ok now think of a good comeback that pertains to me being a child

You call yourself a ducker?!?! Come out with me then. I will make an opening this Monday morning for you. Completely serious. Actually, I will even give you first shot on every group before all of us. Don't miss. Every second is filmed. Unless Mom won't let you leave at 2 a.m. or your bicycle trip would be too long. Put up or shut up.

Do yourself a favor and find something else more favorable to contribute to the forum. You are wasting my time by reading your garbage rants and ploys. Sick of your posts already. You are a waste of a registration on this site. We work. Just because we can't get out certain days doesn't make us non-duck hunters. Only deer hunters aren't duck hunters (joking). I shouldn't even be replying since it will fuel your fire more. I can only predict that you are younger than most of us. Mature up and contribute to the family. Otherwise stop the antics.

Nah. I just spend too much time at work. I understand there's millions of people out there like you that depend on me paying a hefty amount taxes.

Correct im sure i am younger than you two but i have probably hunted that area longer. Im sorry i think its funny that a guy who has hunted that area for a few years thinks hes king ****. But whatever i will just reminisce on the good times like in 01 when they shut the lake down n birds would come out stubble high..... ahhhh remember them days fellow "duckers"............... didnt think so

From what I hear, Braidwood sucks. All the ducks are in the southern zone...

Seriously though, with townies like this guy, why wouldn't people want to come out, and become the king? I'd love to rule the best duckers in the world!
