Black tarps

Postby don taylor » Wed Aug 27, 2008 9:18 am

Is it legal in your state to use black tarps to conceal ice and make it appear like its open water?

If your a KnuckleHead who doesn't list your state, or a bigger knucklehead who once listed a state then removed it. Please post what state you live in.

NM Game & Fish says i need a storage permit for birds in my freezer 5 days after end of season, but no mention of tarps. just the usual
Illegal Methods of Taking Migratory Birds: No Baiting, No Sinkbox, No Shooting from a Motor-Driven Land Conveyance. thats what it really says.

There is a Pittsburgh, Kansas and I am sure there are a lot of other states that have a town named Pittsburgh also.
If someone wants to be a knuckle head about someone else being a knuckle head while being a knuckle head themselves then any knuckle head should be able to call said person the knuckle head that he is!! LOL

What is ice?

Might be able to use it in a field here, but never seen regulations about it.
