Damn Scuda Steve you actually got out and shot some

If you turn your layout more shooting is easier! How dangerous is it putting your dog in a layout with you ? #mutthutt

It's a Banded RIP blind.
Scuba Steve got out a little. We just got back last evening, with a sun burnt head, and back, to snow !
And only dangerous for the ducks !

What breed is that other dog? Both are beautiful...

Herky Jerky for me, but I could tell what happened.

The weather stayed so warm, so long last Fall, the farmers cut and replanted every cornfield I thought I'd have to hunt.
Ducks or geese, either one over corn is a goal this coming season. Killed all my ducks over water, and a good share of my geese were over a bare dirt field with two inches of snow.
Hoping things get back to normal this coming season.
Wanting to hunt corn stubble for sure!
