Very nice :hammer: Dad and I shot a couple yesterday, but we were not hunting them, they just flew over 10 guys with guns and happened to be shot down

Whoops, no we shot a couple doves  We're not lucky enough to shoot birds with bands, we always see them though, in places you can't hunt

A few years ago they were banding doves pretty much at the end of one of my buddies' driveway. He had a big dead elm in his yard. They were shooting mulitple bands including several reward bands per night sitting under the dead elm. One of my brother's friends shot a banded dove on the opener.

Bands always make a great hunt. Our group has shot 6 banded birds this year, so far. I shot 2 banded birds the second day of season.
