Does anyone hunt in Marshall County KS?

Postby SimplyPerfectNelli » Sun Apr 22, 2012 6:57 pm

I have a access to a around 600 acre tract of land in Marshall Coutny KS. I live in SE KS and am considering takin a trip up there to check out the property. I was curious if anyone could tell me how the turkey hunting is up there and what species I could excpect to encounter. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Dont take your buddy with the nice gun along, dont want to get that baby scratched up turkey hunting. Plus he might screw you trying to take it out of the case, if he is as slow getting it out as he is putting in back in at the boat ramp.

My neighbor owns a few acres in Marshall County. From what I hear, he shoots his turkeys down in Rice Co.
