I had such a bad season I ran out of duck back in Feb.

I just chopped up some Snow Goose tonight to marinate for kabobs on thursday, my buddy is back from california and has never eaten goose so I am going to make up my el especial kabobs!!!

That does look good!

Can't wait for Sept 1. The pond in my far pasture is a dove magnet this year with the lack of water around and all the wheat that was planted around me.

Have a feeling I will be grilling a lot of dove this year!
