Ladies and Gentlemen,

Just a quick reminder that our Lexington KY Ducks Unlimited Banquet Dinner is coming up on Feb.12th at the Red Mile Clubhouse in Lexington.

We have an awesome line-up between the fantastic dinner that Bayou Bluegrass' chef Matt Falcone has in store and the interesting list of auction and raffle items that we have amassed.

Our Games, raffles, and auctions will showcase some very interesting items ranging from local artisans and high end KY bourbon gift baskets, to 8 different riffles and shotguns, along with a Silver Labrador puppy, local day and overnight hunting excursions, some DU merchandise, HAND CARVED working decoys, finished needle point belts, etc., etc!

The menu sounds FANTASTIC as usual, and reads: Duck/Chicken/Sausage Gumbo, Cajun Potato salad, Southern slow cooked green beans, Southern Jambalaya, Smoked Beef brisket, New Orleans Bread Pudding with KY bourbon sauce. All served buffet style with a cash bar. Chef Matt Falcone with Bayou Bluegrass catering has been creating our awesome banquet meals for the past couple years and its always wildly successful!

Prepaid tickets are available from, $50 single, $75 couple, $20 greenwing(children under 18, includes membership), $300 bronze sponsor (can be paid with CC over years period @~$25 month), and a Valentines Day couples special at $100 per couple (includes wine from Lover's Leap, hors d'oeuvres, and molten chocolate lava cake for two). Tickets can be purchased online here http://www.ducks.org/kentucky/events or feel free to contact myself or any other committee member for tickets or more questions. The ticket prices will go up $25 at the door, as it costs us much more to feed everyone without an exact head count. The doors will open at 6:00pm, with dinner served at 7:00pm , and live/silent auction to follow at 8:00pm.

Don't forget as always, 100% of all proceeds go to Ducks Unlimited which is a certified 501 c-3 non-profit. DU is the second largest Conservation organization in the world, only behind The Nature Conservancy. Ducks Unlimited relies on its volunteers and members to raise grass roots dollars for these conservation efforts. Our Volunteer committee has worked very hard, trying to make this the best and most enjoyable Ducks Unlimited Banquet to hit the Central KY area.

Hope to see you there !
